By using Wokku ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Wokku is a platform-as-a-service that helps you deploy and manage applications on Dokku servers. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, command-line interface, mobile app, and Claude Code plugin.
2. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You are responsible for all content deployed through your account
- You must not use the Service for illegal activities or to host malicious content
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
3. Acceptable Use
Wokku is intended for hosting web applications, APIs, background workers, and databases you own or are authorized to operate. The following uses are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension:
- Violating any applicable Indonesian law or the law of the user's jurisdiction
- Distributing malware, viruses, ransomware, rootkits, or malicious code
- Sending unsolicited email (spam), SMS spam, or phishing content
- Operating open HTTP, SOCKS, or anonymising proxies for third parties
- Running VPN exit nodes, Tor exit relays, or similar anonymous-egress services
- Cryptocurrency mining, proof-of-work workloads, or other sustained CPU/GPU abuse
- Operating DDoS, stresser, or booter services; participating in credential stuffing or brute-force attacks
- Hosting CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content promoting violence against persons
- Infringing third-party intellectual property or trade-secret rights
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Wokku accounts, Wokku infrastructure, or other customers' data
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of any system you do not own without our prior written permission
- Circumventing resource limits, billing, or account-creation controls
We enforce these restrictions at the network layer where practical — outbound SMTP on ports 25 and 465 is blocked by default to prevent open-relay abuse, and access to private-network RFC1918 ranges (outside your own app's internal network) is denied to prevent server-side-request-forgery attacks. These technical controls are not a substitute for your own obligation to comply with this section.
4. Enforcement
If we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use of Wokku violates Section 3, we may: (a) suspend or terminate your account without prior notice; (b) delete the offending applications and data; (c) retain any unused deposit balance to cover incident-response costs and chargeback fees; (d) share relevant information with law enforcement or affected third parties; (e) permanently block the payment method and IP addresses associated with the account. Refunds are not provided for suspensions caused by Section 3 violations.
5. Billing and Payments
- Free tier is available with resource limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly, prorated hourly
- Payments are processed by iPaymu and Stripe
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
- Refunds are available for unused prepaid credits within 14 days of purchase
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your application code, data, and user content.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wokku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
