By using Wokku ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Service Description
Wokku is a platform-as-a-service that helps you deploy and manage applications on Dokku servers. The Service includes a web dashboard, REST API, command-line interface, mobile app, and Claude Code plugin.
2. Account Terms
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
- You are responsible for all content deployed through your account
- You must not use the Service for illegal activities or to host malicious content
- One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Wokku to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Distribute malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Send unsolicited email (spam) or phishing messages
- Mine cryptocurrency or run other high-abuse workloads
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
4. Billing and Payments
- Free tier is available with resource limits
- Paid plans are billed monthly, prorated hourly
- Payments are processed by iPaymu and Stripe
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a grace period
- Refunds are available for unused prepaid credits within 14 days of purchase
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your application code, data, and user content.
6. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption.
7. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wokku shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
